Pre-Glued Fleece Backed Edge Banding
Edge Banding provides the final touch to make your plywood or panel acquire that clean solid-wood look. Our Edge Banding is produced from real hardwoods that is pre-glued and pre-sanded to allow for easy application. We stock 13 sizes of Edge Banding in 8 different species.

Edge-banding’s Advantage
Our experience with commercially made edge banding is easier to work with, faster to install, and better-looking than solid-wood edging. That’s because commercial edge banding does not require clamping, there is no messy glue squeeze-out to clean up, and has a lower profile than solid strips that are 1⁄4 “-or-so thick. Edge banding is so easy to work with, it can even be applied to curved edges. As long as the edge banding is applied correctly it will stand up to use over the years just as if it were a wood strip.

Edge Banding Specifications:
- Thickness .034″ plus or minus .002″ based on 0.12 of hot melt
- Standard length of continuous veneer roll – 250 lineal feet
- Surface finish 180 grit
- Core size 3″
- Weight 2.5 lbs. Per roll @ 13/16″
- Material should be stored in plastic wrap to ensure moisture stability (reducing moisture loss)
